E-Type Short Manifold & Exhaust Systems
Our short manifolds are similar to the full system but have shorter primaries.
Technical Features
- 304 x 1.2mm W.T. stainless steel.
- Machine flared ports for optimal gas flow
- CNC full mandrel bent tubing
- Fits 3.8 dynamo cars
- Fits with no modification to standard
- Link pipes supplied to suit standard or 2″ big bore silencer
- Replaces existing system between head and middle silencer
Performance improvements
The short exhaust manifold is more suited to standard engines.
An increase in power of around 2 to 5% can be achieved in the mid range (2500 – 3500 rpm) which gives the engine a stronger torque curve.

- Mirror finish full length of primaries
- Ripple free, full bore bends
- No visual welding at ports
- Manifold flange port welds ‘Fully Stress Relieved’’
Fitting the manifold
No modifications are required to fit the short manifold but when fitting the left hand cam cover must be removed.
If the manifold is fitted to 3.8L cars with a dynamo, a heatshield is recommended. This can be supplied in the fitting kit as required.

Complete system including manifold and ‘Big Bore’ straight through exhaust, complete with all fixings, heat shield and dip stick bracket. Manifold and rear silencer mirror polished as standard. £1420.00
